Life has ups and downs... But the good thing is that after every "down" time, there is always the "up" time...

Please change browser or turn off the use of a proxy
or turn off the 'Deny servers to trace web browsing' in your firewall

Like the message says, it's misconfigured browser, proxy or firewall... I would double-check browser settings... Hard to say what setting, because I don't know what browser she is using...
